Our rental/seasonal management offer consists of management fees and advertising broadcast fees:

– Adapted pricing strategy and dynamic year-round management.

– Hospitality, assistance and passenger services.

– Monitoring compliance with the establishment of tenants.

– Statements and inter-location maintenance (+laundry management)

– Quality control of the performance of our stakeholders (including household)

– Installation of an extranet with owner monitoring

– Accounting management with assistance on your property tax return (based on the data in our possession).

La base de calcul porte sur les séjours vendus. On entend par séjours vendus : le prix TTC (si TVA ou autre taxe applicable) de l’hébergement et prestations encaissées pour le compte du MANDATAIRE qui correspond au tarif PRIX DE VENTE PUBLIC reçu via la passerelle Kigo ou PRIX FINAL si location directe via l’agence ou un partenaire :

1- Le cas d’une location par le biais de Kigo:
Dans le cas d’une location par le bais de Kigo, 3,5% TTCcorrespondant à la rémunération de Kigo et 5% si la location est payer par le biai de Kigo pay.

2- Le cas d’une location par le biais d’un partenaire de PACA CONCIERGERIE :
Dans le cadre d’une location par le biais d’un partenaire de PACA CONCIERGERIE, 4.17%HT soit 5% TTC correspondant à la rémunération du partenaire.

3- Le cas d’une location réalisée directement par PACA CONCIERGERIE ou COMBAREL IMMOBILIER :

The basis of calculation is for stays sold. Selling stays are the TTC price (if VAT or other applicable tax) of the accommodation and services cashed on behalf of the MANDATARY which corresponds to the PRICE OF PUBLIC SELLING rate received via the Kigo gateway or FINAL PRICE if direct rental via the agency or a partner:

1- The case of a rental through Kigo:
In the case of a rental by Kigo bais, 3,5% TTCcorresponding to Kigo remuneration and 5% if the rental is paid by Kigo biai.

2- The case of a rental through a partner of PACA CONCIERGERIE:
In the context of a rental through a partner of PACA CONCIERGERIE, 4.17%HT or 5% TTC corresponding to the remuneration of the partner.

3- The case of a rental realized directly by PACA CONCIERGERIE:
As part of a lease made directly by PACA CONCIERGERIE, the final rental price will not include any costs similar to the previous cases.
