On the ground level, the house has a very bright 50 m² living room thanks to its veranda and triple exposure. It has a direct access to the 800 m² garden and the shaded terrace and pool (6,5m x 4 m)
You will find a large fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso and Freezer,…), 2 bedrooms with double beds (queen size and 140*190), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90×200) that can be grouped. All rooms have cupboard. The bathroom and toilet are independent of the rooms.
The independent studio is also beautifully decorated. It gives the opportunity to add 2 additional people thanks to 2 single beds (90×200) that can be grouped, a bathroom and a nice open kitchen made of Cassis stones. This extra lodging provides complete life independence while also enabling direct access to the terrace, the house and the pool.
All rooms are equipped with top quality mattresses.
From the property you have access to all amenities. You will also appreciate the two safe private parking spaces. A few meters from the house, there is a free outdoor parking.

The owners have only privatized the garage for personal storage purposes.

In order to enhance your stay, we can provide additional local services such as taxi transfer, car or boat rental, home chef, regional wine tasting, diving, … These services will have to be booked in advance contacting us.

The house is close to the La Ciotat tennis club. It takes you 2 minutes to start a game.
The house is at only 1,5 km by car of the beaches of the “bay of the virgin” which are easily accessible on foot in small about fifteen of minute by a path near the house.
You can intend to come by train up to the station of Ciotat and to join the house on foot.
You will find nearby a bakery, a pharmacy, a restaurant but also all the businesses in the nearby district, saint Jean’s district.
The house is served by the bus (line 20) which can take you to the historical center.
After a few hours of lazy and savoury resting by the pool, you can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed «LE GOLFE D’AMOUR», but also its hinterland: calanques park, calanque de Figuerolles, park and calanque du Mugel, green island, beaches, circuit du Castellet, etc.
On or under the water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, navigation, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.
Guests can also resume their vehicle and take the opportunity to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, hike in the Castellet massifs or in the calanques reserve, etc.
The villa is close to all the amenities.
The bus and train station are 500 meters away.
